Client

Williams Direct Dryers manufactures over 50 different dryer styles and sell worldwide. Some of their dryers such as boot dryers, boxing glove or wader dryers were the first machines in the world to accomplish these tasks. The United States, Canadian militaries and Fire Services are large clients as well as the Food Service Industry. They are in many private residences and are the dryer of choice for numerous mountain operations.

Goal

Williams Direct Dryers needed to separate their residential from their commercial products. Not only because these two markets where different but also because the brand communication had to go from B2B to B2C.  A new website was created targeting only potential residential clients.

Process

One of our challenges was to separate their residential B2C from their B2B products, we knew that we needed to do extensive research to discover new market opportunities. Another challenge we had was the lack of photography of their products in the market. Thankfully with some more research on our part we where able to find incredible images and articles of their beautiful products in action. Once we found their niche and real images then we needed to discover key market insights to allow us to connect with our users beyond the product. Finally with a strong direction we where able to create a new shopify website that would not only connect with its users but showcase the key differences that set Williams Direct Dryers apart from its competition.
